This is a cause for concern, as this part of the road has not yet been restored and is limited to 30 km\/h. Following a claim, SWISS LIFE insurance has reimbursed the difference, which corresponds to the amount of VAT, i.e. \u20ac95.45.  The Municipal Council is asked to approve the cheque.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The Municipal Council, having heard the Mayor's presentation, after deliberation, and unanimously :<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong><em>DECIDES\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em>to accept the cheque in the amount of \u20ac95.45 from SWISS LIFE insurance company<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cheque acceptance: groupama insurance reimbursement<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The Mayor informs the members of the Municipal Council that :<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>Following the storm on the night of January 12 to 13, 2017, the public lighting lantern caps flew off and broke. GROUPAMA is reimbursing us the sum of \u20ac1,806.99, the amount of the 1<sup>era<\/sup>\u00a0repair bill less the amount of the deductible.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><em>Following the fire at the selective sorting containers on 1<sup>er<\/sup>\u00a0April 2017, the expert appointed to carry out the expert appraisal operations forwarded his conclusions to GROUPAMA.
