{"id":3035,"date":"2018-07-10T18:25:21","date_gmt":"2018-07-10T16:25:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ste-marguerite-sur-mer.fr\/?p=3035"},"modified":"2018-07-10T18:26:03","modified_gmt":"2018-07-10T16:26:03","slug":"enquete-publique-elaboration-du-plan-local-durbanisme-plu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ste-marguerite-sur-mer.fr\/en\/enquete-publique-elaboration-du-plan-local-durbanisme-plu\/","title":{"rendered":"ENQU\u00caTE PUBLIQUE : Elaboration du Plan Local d'Urbanisme (PLU)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">COMMUNE OF SAINTE MARGUERITE SUR MER<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">SEINE-MARITIME<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">NOTICE OF PUBLIC INQUIRY<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Drawing up the Local Town Planning Scheme (PLU)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">ARR\u00caTE N\u00b0 022\/2018 DU 22 juin 2018<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The public is hereby informed that a public inquiry will be held on the project to draw up the Local Urban Development Plan for the commune of <strong>SAINTE MARGUERITE SUR MER<\/strong>from <strong>Monday July 16, 2018 to Thursday August 16, 2018<\/strong> 32 consecutive days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mr Alain BOGAERT<\/strong>, <strong>retired police commander,<\/strong> has been appointed investigating commissioner by the President of the Administrative Court of Rouen.<\/p>\n<p>The documents in the file and a non movable sheet survey register, listed and initialed by the investigating commissioner, will be made available to the public at the Sainte Marguerite Sur Mer town hall secretariat, during normal opening hours and for the duration of the survey, from Monday July 16, 2018 to Thursday August 16, 2018 inclusive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tuesday, 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Thursday, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any person may, on request and at his or her own expense, obtain a copy of the public inquiry file from the commune of Sainte Marguerite Sur Mer, as soon as this order has been published. It will also be available throughout the public inquiry on the website : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ste-marguerite-sur-mer.fr\/en\/\">https:\/\/www.ste-marguerite-sur-mer.fr\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Observations, proposals and counter-proposals may be submitted by post to the Sainte Marguerite Sur Mer town hall for the attention of the Commissaire Enqu\u00eateur or by e-mail to the following address: <a href=\"mailto:mairie.stemargueritesurmer@wanadoo.fr\">mairie.stemargueritesurmer@wanadoo.fr<\/a> for the attention of the investigating commissioner.<\/p>\n<p>The investigating commissioner will be available to the public in <strong>Sainte Marguerite Sur Mer town hall<\/strong> to receive written or oral comments from the public at the following dates and times:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monday, July 16, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Saturday, July 28, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Thursday, August 16, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the end of the inquiry, a copy of the investigating commissioner's report and reasoned conclusions will be deposited at the following address <strong>Sainte Marguerite Sur Mer town hall<\/strong>This document will be sent to the Dieppe sub-prefecture and the Rouen prefecture, where it will be made available to the public without delay for one year from the closing date of the inquiry.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the investigation, the Municipal Council will deliberate on the approval of the PLU;
