Every year, when the warm weather arrives and we all want to enjoy our surroundings, the dissonant concert of lawnmowers and other motorized gardening and DIY equipment starts up again, causing annoyance, complaints and tension between neighbors.

Garbage is collected once a week on Monday mornings throughout the year.
Please note that garbage cans put out at the beginning of the week will not be collected until the following Monday, and if they are simple plastic bags, there is a risk that they will be ripped open and the rubbish will be thrown away. [...]
